We had been searching for a quality used vehicle for several months and then finally found a great SUV at Bel-Air Lexus. Our first point of contact was with Jacky and he did not disappoint. The entire sales experience was a pleasure. Jacky was a true professional. He was very patient and explained all the details throughout the process from initial test drive through final delivery and post-sale. So, a big thanks to Jacky and all the staff at Bel-Air Lexus. I ordered a new car and, since I had a trade-in, I sold it privately but brought the sale through the dealership in order to save on taxes, which amounted to about $8,300.
