Bel Air brought back memories of when I used to own my Lexus. Great on service but overpriced on parts and little things. Tony Grahams online pricing was better than there parts counter price and I asked them to match it since they all order their TOYOTA Parts from the same Toyota factory. WOW. Just walk in and ask for Nanushka. This is my first time purchasing a Lexus and I could not be happier with my purchase. From the second I walked in the dealership I was asked if I needed help and was greated right away.. Nanushka knew her products and what I was looking for in my new car. Brought them an older Lexus that would begin to overheat after about 50 minutes in slow traffic , spent almost $4.000 to fix it changing the water pump and thermostat over a five day period only to be told they need another $1,000 to keep looking for the cause and they are not sure that will be enough since they have no idea why it overheats and maybe we should consider buying one of their fine used cars We took the car back, now it overheats after just 5 minutes.
