Just had my GV80 serviced at Genesis of Bel Air. The issue was outside my warranty coverage but I must comment on the customer care that was given to me from UV at Genesis Brand, Brodie Burch the service manager at the dealership, Kyle in service and Hope in sales. Thanks, to all of you! Impeccable customer service. Would I consider purchasing another vehicle from The Jones Family of dealerships, the answer is yes.
