Top notch service at bel air genesis with excellent advice, efficient help, and friendly interactions! Deborah in sales listened about my tradespace at end of release, giving me best options for me and no pressure for sales. She and Josh in service then went above and beyond to have some undetected tire damage get covered by my lease policy so it would be free to me, and then handled my Texas plates and vehicle turn in while I was on work travel. Highly recommend this facility if you want to have a luxury car experience
From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming, and created a true luxury experience. We also went to the Alexandria location, and had a terrible experience with their owner. This was the complete opposite. Deborah and Danyelle were so wonderful. They made us feel like valued customers, and took the time to explain everything to us and make the entire car buying process a true pleasure!
