I had an extremely disappointing experience with Bel Air Florist of MD after ordering a large floral arrangement through 1-800-Flowers, which used Bel Air Florist as the local provider. The arrangement delivered was much smaller than what was advertised. One of the Mylar balloons was leaking and arrived half deflated. Several lily petals were bent, broken, and visibly bruised. The flowers looked cheap and the arrangement was amateurish. Very disappointing.

If I could give zero stars I would. I paid over $100 to have flowers delivered to my mom for Mother’s day. The flowers look like something you could get from Safeway for $10, and NOTHING like the picture. I paid extra for the “deluxe” arrangement, hoping it would be fuller. There are maybe 10 flowers in the arrangement that was delivered, and they don’t even match. What is with the random orange flower? It is also nowhere near the size advertised on the website.
