It's the noise for me. Nothing that the park can truly help, it's the location. An FYI for those contemplating joining us, I was told it was a Quiet Community but the sand quarry next door was not disclosed to me as it's kind of hidden. I've tried to work different shifts to get away from the noise, but it's futile. Daytime traffic consists of Mac and Peterbilt double hauler semis up and down shifting on Sherman Blvd as they rumble and roar through the sand quarry 200 feet west of the park literally EVERY 5 MINUTES all day l... read more
Quiet place but they don’t do any upgrades here only raise the rent for these 60 plus years old trailers every year for the past 4 years they raised the rent I wish I could afford to move but stuck here as well as a lot of others.
