The manager Suzanne was very helpful in getting me set up! Nice park, and nice people running it! Thank you!
My son was going to get a trailer from Suzanne who runs the estates and she was so kind and helpful and patient. She worked with him and finagled things for him. She even helped me when I was struggling with technology. She made his first experience a positive one! Suzanne is great!
It's a great trailer park to live at and somewhere to buy your first very own home!
Insane lot rents. I'm paying 600 bucks a month for a 12x60ft lot that includes ZERO amenities, is 10 feet from a festering dumpster, 10 feet from the mailboxes (which seems to be the community hangout) 30 feet from Sherman highway, and like a prior review stated, 200 feet from a noisy quarry.
