Management should be embarrassed. I came through to check out a trailer that is going to be for sale soon by a friend of a friend.........and Im 100% sure the positive reviews here are residents trying desperately to sell to get out, but anyone with eyes and a brain can see it's poorly managed by a set-it and forget-it company that refuses to invest in upgrades or even landscaping/lawn care for the common areas. BEWARE!!! The owners should be ashamed! They promote "a quiet community" but do not disclose the fact that there is a quarry 200 feet next to the park that you cannot see because some trees and it runs from March to November. 18 wheeler Peterbilt semi trucks rumble and roar through every 30 seconds (that is NOT an exaggeration) shaking your trailer from 6:30am to 5pm, 6 days a week, and I work nights!!!!! I'm still trying to figure out why I'm paying over 595 bucks (total) a month for a 12x60 lot with NO amenities, outdated ... read more
