I picked up an order a week ago and when I returned home a jacket that I brought in to be cleaned was not cleaned. I was charged 19.95! When I called the store the person said to bring it back - why would I do that! I asked for a credit on my credit card. She said that the owner, Salim, would have to do that. She said she would give him the information. After many unanswered calls (no answering machine) I reached someone at the White Bear store and she said she would call him and ask him to call me. This particular cleaner ruined two silk blouses that were worth $800 and worn once when I dropped them off. 6 weeks later, 4 stops in and calls to the owner I still do not have resolution. I would not bring anything of value to this cleaner!
