We just love the place. First vist was easter 2006 and loved it so much we purchased a penthouse and had great vacations ever since. Estero Blv is dusty due to drainage being improved. Just temporary.It has a great location. Try it I bet you love it!
The best place to stay at Fort Myers Beach! Our unit was in perfect condition and the view is outstanding. The location in relation to the pier, shops, etc. is excellent. The only downfall is that the pool is not ocean side; however, the beach area makes up for it.
We have been there many times before, but this time was different. The unit was clean however the public areas needed attention . It was a holiday weekend and we did not see a single person with the company until Tuesday after checking in on Saturday evening . The office staff is rude. Poor management
I have been to Bel-Air many times in the past ten years and I always enjoy my stay there. The environment is extremely family friendly, which I find very important since I am always traveling with my 9 year old son. Bel-Air is conviently located and just far enough from Sanibel so you dont have to pay the high prices but you still get a very nice place to stay. There is so much more I could say but in closing just let me leave you with this, go to Bel-Air youll be glad you did.
I have stayed ay Bell-Air twice and can honestly say it was beautiful...averything about the place is beautiful, my two children 15 and 12 long to go back, they loved it so much.Everything is there at your doorstep, local shops, restaurants, gift shops, ice cream and lots more. The beach is excellent with sun beds for the guests and a fabulous BBQ area thats great in the evening.The pool area is kept in perfect condition very clean and tidy with plenty of sunbeds/chairs/tables with parasols. We have been enjoying the belair for many years.The complex sits right on the water and the surf is gentle.Theres a big deck to sit on. The beach is white and wide for wonderful walks all the way to the end of the island. The condo is roomy and tastefully decorated with a big screened in porch.
My grandparents have had a Bel-Air Condo Time Share for as long as I have been alive. I am 22 years old now and have been going with them nearly every year since I was born. The rooms are beautiful, clean and open. There is plenty of room for everything and anything. The beach is right out the door, it is long and beautiful.
