Lack of standards will endanger your loved ones- 2 falls in 3 days and said they would not do anything to make sure my mom could find placement elsewhere. Unreasonable access to water for the patient. Unwillingness to escalate or discuss items. Notes read back to family are not a reflection of conversations had with nursing staff- fabricated.
When your loved one puts the call light on expect an aide to either never show up, or expect a lengthy wait. Quite disturbing/frustrating, inexcusable and unprofessional. Notice also the staff only replies to positive reviews. Stay away from this place. ***20 minutes elapsed and the light is still on. We kept our mom in her home as long as we could. By early 2018, her mental health declined to the point where, even with the help of DADs and a live-in caregiver, she was no longer safe there.
