This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. Check out the average 1.4 star reviews On yelp. We live in heaps of trash, construction supplies from two years ago taking up lots of parking spots, and when you turn the heat on, it smells like burning human flesh and smoke detectors go off. We brought it to their attention but they don’t care. the laundry rooms are absolutely disgusting with very few working washers that they refuse to get fixed. The apartment itself is decent, with pretty spacious rooms and a fair amount of living space. Rent fluctuates a lot, which can be frustrating, so it’s important to leave before your lease ends—if you stay past it, be prepared for hefty charges. However, the biggest downside is the roaches. They’re really bad here. There are so many cracks in the floorboards, and I mean a lot, so they have plenty of places to hide. Update 10/3/24 Been here for 4 years now and CANNOT WAIT till my lease is up. Just a few months ago maintenance was at its best, we always got issues resolved super fast but now its been 2 months since our floors have been messed up (because they decided to use cheap stick on vinyl) and maintenance hasn't gotten back to us. I went to the building for my scheduled tour that I booked 3 days in advance and the doors were locked. No one came to even open the door (they could clearly see me) until someone that worked there approached the front door. A man with glasses and shoulder length hair opened the door and looked at me and said "What do you need?" and I told him about my scheduled tour and he cut me off and said "we're not doing tours, were training." so I asked why I wasn't notified since I booked it days in advance and took time off of work ... read more
