I need to share this as a resident. Believe the bad reviews. Every so often I see a five star review and I have a hard time believing that it is a real review from a tenant. Don't take my word for it, come walk the complex, visit the laundry rooms, and talk to residents in person. I place some of the blame on the property manager but I think it's a symptom of a bigger problem which is BH Management. I’ve been a resident at Marisol Vista for the past year and recently went through a transfer to a new unit. I would give this place a zero.. but it wouldn’t let me. This is the most disgusting place we’ve ever lived. German roaches everywhere and whatever you do..they won’t go away. We are very clean people and they never went away. Moved our big screen off wall to clean and it was infested about 30 German Roaches came running out. Roaches running up your legs and in every room. Cooking dinner with them trying to jump in your food. We bought a bunch of bug kill kits and also had them spray and nothing worked. They are in the walls... read more
Took a tour with my fiance and son, looked good for our budget so we paid $275 for our application fee, got conditionally approved and haven’t heard back from them in 4 days even though ive left countless messages… I went to the office today and a resident there told me that everyone in the office quit so hopefully Monday everything will be resolved and I can move out of this hotel with my one year old son. Until then its a one star, please contact me
I lived at Marisol Vista for 5 years and I hate to say that it has shot down in quality within the last year or so. The biggest problem with the complex is Sandra, the manager. She has been rude every time I needed to contact her or she will just not be at her office. For every 10 times I had a problem in the apartment, she was there maybe twice.
