We are a military family who PCSed and Move Northwest was the company who delivered our items. The gal who confirmed our delivery date left a voicemail the Friday before about confirming delivery. Monday morning, I called within the delivery window to ask for an ETA. Tara met me with “I told you in the voicemail 9-11.” Well … 12 comes and goes and no word.. no movers.. can’t get ahold of anyone. Bekins has been a great place to move and store our stuff. They have been very professional, friendly and have made me feel they appreciate me as a customer. Especially Heidi. She has been very helpful offering suggestions on storage space, moving costs and working out the best ways to move our items.
Noel is the best. Helpful and professional In the craziness of the move, endless phone calls from everyone he was always communicative. Noel and his team always arrived on time and were more than accommodating in making the chaos of our move more comfortable.
James with Move Northwest came in and was so kind and helpful with one of our tenants and I was so impressed with his customer service. I appreciate people who keep our customers happy
Scheduling with the move coordinator was very easy. We had a partial pack which was efficient and comprehensive. The packers and driver worked very hard to protect the house and our belongings. They gave timeframe for delivery. Payment was easy via phone and came in under weight so our total cost was less, which is always nice. I would highly recommend Move Northwest.
