Bekins staff so amazing. Ginger was very helpful finding the right appliances that would fit into my existing cabinetry. We also appreciated the Red carpet delivery/service crew.
We will never go to a big box store again! We had big trouble with a big name brand dishwasher that was just over 2 years old. Almost as expensive to replace than to repair. Everyone--sales, front desk, installers-- at Bekins is professional, personable, thorough, polite and genuine. I have passed this store many times (have lived in GR 21 years) and never gone in. Buying local--with local service instead of 3rd party--is the best way to go!
The entire process from selecting my dryer to having it installed was great. The installation team even replaced part of my dryer vent and cleaned the remainder--far exceeding my expectations!
