5-star experience working with Kenneth Horjus in sales at the Grand Rapids store. Very knowledgable, professional, friendly and responsive. Great follow-up after the sale too. I'm very particular and don't routinely provide 5-star ratings but Kenneth and the scheduling and installation crews were all terrific. Highly recommend.

I loved working with this company! We live in a very rural area, and the fact that they service the dishwasher I bought is a big plus. They had the machine I was looking for at a fair price and installation was very professional. And the rose is marketing genius! I definitely won’t forget them.

We had a wonderful experience with Bekins in GR. Our visit to the showroom was a delightful experience where they were very professional and helpful in our choosing of new refrigerator, stove and microwave. Delivery was excellent. I would highly recommend purchasing from Bekins.
