Very honest, open in the condition of vehicles. You pay for quality. If your expectation of the normal car buying experience, hassle on price, do not waste yours or their time. There prices are firm and they can justify with what they sell. Drove 4+ hours to look at a truck. Everything told to me over the phone was factual, including small dent you can hardly see. Purchased 60+ days ago and very satisfied. Would recommend the dealership to anyone.
The proprietor was extremely rude on the phone. When i asked about the price, he said it was on the vehicle, I said I would look again, his response was "you do that" and then he promptly hung up on me. The windows were covered with snow, so I didn't realize he had the price on the vehicle.
Rude salespeople, lazy, hard headed. Made every step of the buying process a negative experience. After coming to an agreement on the price they backed out on the deal because they found out my loan wouldve covered the listed price. They called me a liar and insulted me and my lending institution (USAA). They would only accept 100 dollars bills because everyone is out to get them. Used the word "riggamaroo" to describe the process of completing an instant wire transfer. Very negative people. Not worth your efforts.
I have purchased several vehicle from these guys and I only have good things to say. The vehicles were exactly as described and will do business with them again.
