When I was researching surgeons for my breast reduction, I spent a lot of time reading reviews, so l wanted to leave one for anyone else considering this procedure. Dr. Thomas is the epitome of professionalism and kindness. He and his staff are extremely caring and take time to explain everything. He checks on his patients as whole beings, not just surgery patients. He shows genuine happiness for his patients.
Dr. Thomas is very informative and attentive. I highly recommend.
I had an appointment for a revision surgery which he said would take 6 weeks for insurance clearance. It has been over 3 months with no follow-up of any kind. Disappointed and surprised at the lack of professionalism.
