Went in for a naval piercing a few years ago, had a few issues with it and Karen fixed it up for no extra charge! She’s fun, nice, and knows her stuff, I currently live in la Crosse and I’m willing to drive all the way back up to Green Bay to see her rather than go to another piercing shop!
I will never go anywhere else again. Karen knows her stuff and is the best at what she does. She was able to message me before even opening and get me in first thing the same day. She has redone a few piercings for me that were botched elsewhere and each time I am impressed by how nice she is and how much she truly cares about her customers�

This is the best place I could ever imagined have going for a piercing. Karen is absolutely amazing and very helpful and informative. I've only had a million questions for her and she has been there to answer every single one. I highly recommend this place for any and all piercings.
As of today Karen has put 12 piercings on my body! Would’ve trust anyone but her, she is incredible and super informative. She cares about her customers before and well after the piercings. Will always recommend.
