I totally love Karen and her studio. She was there 24/7 to answer any questions prior and concerns that arose after my 6 year old got a infection from her new piercings. Karen knows her expertise because she knew exactly the condition which the walk-in care physician didn't. She even opend up the shop after hours to change the earring studs to a larger size. Karen is an amazing person and she does the best piercings I've ever had. She fixed an old botched piercing of mine when I came in to get my rook done, and now I love them both. I'll definitely come back for the perfect piercing placement and the wonderful staff.
