It's a real shame when great food backed up by really poor service... take a hard pass and find another spot so you get what you want
I remember trying Beit Rima when it first opened in the Castro. It's been a couple of years since then. We happened to be doing Home Depot runs and noticed this branch in Westlake. The food is delicious! The beef kabob plate is wonderful - juicy and flavorful kabobs on a bed of fluffy rice with yogurt sauce. The hummus is really delicious too. I also like their pita a lot. Highly recommend!
Excellent middle eastern food. The handmade bread and babaganoush were especially delicious. Easy ordering and pick up.
They made nice sweet potatoes. The hummus was ok, the pitas were meh. The kebab and chicken skewers were nice.
