I called beis to report a hot water flow problem with my kitchen sink. I stated that I thought the problem was with the turn off valve. The man came out and stated that the problem was a defunct faucet and I needed a new faucet. I ordered a new faucet and installed it. This did not correct the problem. I called beis and told them that the problem was misdiagnosed and probably I was correct in my judgement of a problem with the turn off valve.
