After living and practicing in The City for over 15 years, I was skeptical in thinking I'd find another "home" for my practice. However, after starting my practice again--8weeks after giving birth to my first child, and over a year since I'd practiced last--I was happy to stumble upon Being Yoga. I have been going to Being Yoga and taking Bikram yoga for 4 1/2 years. It has made me feel so much better physically and mentally. I love the sweat and the concentration. Lots of wonderful people practice here as well as wonderful instructors.
