Front desk staff was very rude. Wearing glasses and long face, old lady. Doesn't want to work there clearly.
Amazing customer service!
I was really disappointed with my massage with "David". The session felt rushed and unprofessional, and there was no effort to understand what I wanted or needed. The pressure was inconsistent, technique was poor, and I left feeling more tense than when I arrived. Communication was minimal, and overall it felt like David just wanted the session to be over. Definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn’t book again or recommend.
Ich hatte eine 60 min Ganzköpermassage mit Öl und bin sehr zufrieden. An manchen Stellen hat es sehr weh getan, aber nach einem kleinen Hinweis hat die Mitarbeiterin gleich reagiert und sanftet agiert. An dem Abend bin ich früh zu Bett, da einige Verspannungen gelöst wurden durch die Behandlung und ich etwas mehr ruge brauchte.
