Amber was able to get me scheduled so quickly and at a time that best suited my schedule. She was so kind and answered all my questions. The customer service was amazing with both Amber and Micah! The job was done so quickly and looks amazing!! Micah was even able to come earlier than expected!! We had normal foot traffic stains, random dirty spots and pet stains and Micah got them all!! We will DEFINITELY be using BC steamer in the future for any other problem areas in our house! Thank you so much for your amazing service!
Awesome job! BC Steamer cleaned our kitchen tile floors after we had a major spill in the kitchen. They have also cleaned our truck interior when we spilled a smoothie in the back seat. Since we seem to be accident prone, it is so great that we can call them and they do an amazing job cleaning up our catastrophes.

With teenagers and a dog in the house, even taking our shoes off at the door doesn't stop the dirt from showing on our light beige carpets.
