Horrible service after our home was built. They did not follow through with promises made. The one year punch list was never taken care of. Sub contract work to the entirety of the home was sub par. Nail pops, lifting floor boards, AC downstairs replaced twice in 2 years.. they will not respond to any calls or emails, do not recommended this company at all.
9/13/2022 UPDATE B E I has chosen to not honor their 1-year warranty. They have constantly scheduled rescheduled and then rescheduled over and over with no responses from email text messaging or calls. We are extremely disappointed in the after sale communication and customer service. Would not recommend.

I have greatly enjoyed working alongside the BEI team. They are an amazing local custom home builder located in the shops at grayton. The BEI team genuinely cares about their clients, therefore I would highly recommend any day!!
Thief’s! Stole $300.00 drill off of a job. Haven’t heard from anyone with any intentions of returning it.
