Flexible payments and wonderful customer service
I was a patient many years ago and while they do excellent work on braces there customer care from dental staff needs work. I told the lady on the phone I wanted my metal retainer out as I am now 30. While it seemed like no problem over the phone there was bigger issues when I got there. I was asked several times why I wanted it out. I replied I just had surgery and decided I wanted it out now.
