AC was placed in 2019. I put off maintenance for the past 2 to 3 years so Bret had a lot muck and dust to clean out. I can't thank him enough for the time he took here to keep everything running smoothly. He provided lots of good tips for maintenance. Despite being what must be one of the most miserably hot jobs in town, he exudes congeniality. Thank you so much!
I have to say from my experience, Behrens is a top notch local business. Paul has been my serviceman a couple times now and this morning at 5am I had an emergency with my condenser. I called the emergency number at 8am on a Sunday Memorial Day weekend, and he was there within 30 minutes and got me up and running. Stand up guy and will always recommend Behren’s.
I called them for an estimate on a new system because the other company I was using said my system wasn’t worth fixing, they fixed it within 30 minutes with a few small parts they had in their pockets.
Unprofessional. Arrogant. Egotistical Company.
