I meant to leave this review in March of 2025 When my whole hvac unit was replaced. Behrens was quick professional. Yesterday on the eve of the coldest night of the year, our unit quit working. I was surprised that Behrens didn't have emergency or after our service. I left a message and they called me back at 7 AM. this morning when they opened, and had the heat working again by 8AM.

Behrens has to be a great place with honest workers.One of their workers returned my wallet with my money in it.His boy found it and gave it to his Dad.His Dad was the the guy that works at Behrens and brought my wallet to my house.There are good honest people out there.One of them works at Behrens.

I called because my ac was leaking. They were fixing it the same afternoon. Very prompt and speedy repair!

I totally recommend Behrens for repairs and installation of a/c systems. They have installed the last two systems in my home. While they sell fine equipment at reasonable prices I believe the real value comes from their personnel. They are experienced, reliable, and personable. They will be there when you need them. Technicians Paul and Brett are super and Caroline is really helpful and kind in the office.

Would like to thank and recommend their service. We have a Samsung split unit in small space in attic. It is not easy to access and not a common brand AC. They were very professional and were able to troubleshoot and fix the problem. Very relieved and thankful for their help in getting the issue corrected and working again. I also felt their service was reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
