I called them for an estimate on a new system because the other company I was using said my system wasn’t worth fixing, they fixed it within 30 minutes with a few small parts they had in their pockets.
Unprofessional. Arrogant. Egotistical Company.
I meant to leave this review in March of 2025 When my whole hvac unit was replaced. Behrens was quick professional. Yesterday on the eve of the coldest night of the year, our unit quit working. I was surprised that Behrens didn't have emergency or after our service. I left a message and they called me back at 7 AM. this morning when they opened, and had the heat working again by 8AM.
Behrens has to be a great place with honest workers.One of their workers returned my wallet with my money in it.His boy found it and gave it to his Dad.His Dad was the the guy that works at Behrens and brought my wallet to my house.There are good honest people out there.One of them works at Behrens.
I called because my ac was leaking. They were fixing it the same afternoon. Very prompt and speedy repair!
