I was very happy with Brian and his professionalism and courteous manners. I referred a friend of mine twice for two air conditioning units. My friend in Spanish gentlemen 83 years old. I was with him when he called and I called to get service and possibly two new units. Lady that answered the phone was either too busy to answer his calls or she's prejudice
From the free quote to the installation everything was perfect. The salesman was very knowledgeable and had years of experience in the HVAC industry. The installation was performed in a very professional manner. Attention to detail was a major benefit. The RUUD equipment is working flawlessly and is very quiet. And the price was by far the least expensive of the other quotes I received. I definitely recommend Behrens for any HVAC needs.
