He explained everything to me so I could understand it and emailed me an itemized estimate as soon as he got back to his shop. Very professional and conscientous mechanic. Saved us $300 compared to dealership to replace front wheel bearings, brakes and rotors, tension pulley and serpentine belt on our 2015 Taurus. I highly recommend him.

Sending videos and photos of the problems he encounters with the vehicle is a huge plus (certainly builds trust), you can see exactly what he is finding.

Zach is so helpful and thorough. He truly looks over all of the car and lets you know what needs to be done and even a timetable for when you should get things done. He also sends pictures and videos as he is working to show you what he is doing. He also works quickly and gets the job done as quickly and effectively as possible.
