Excellent service for my deviated septum. Very quick and knowledgeable. After surgery, he contacted me personally to see how I was healing.
In person , Dr. Hsiao consistently takes the time to listen to my concerns, explain his diagnosis and how he arrived at it plus any other thinking, and answer any follow-up questions I have. He's also very responsive via the office's electronic messaging service.
I’ll preface this by saying I’ve only had a handful of appointments with him over the course of 1 year but I regret that I did not find a different doctor after the very 1st encounter. I really wanted to give him a chance, but that was a huge mistake. Extremely dismissive, I got more out of watching YouTube self help videos and ChatGPT. LOVE Dr. Masharani! He always listens and is very clear about next steps. Brilliant doctor.
May be good for retinal disease, standard single focal length cataract replacement lens. Does not spend the time configuring multi focal intra ocular lens. When the visual acuity of his multi focal lens don't meet expectations, will just offer eye lubricants for dry eyes. Gas lit you by denying you can see well. Needed glasses to see safely.
