Dr. Rouhani performed cataract surgery and lens placement to both of my eyes over the last 2 years. My vision is now vastly improved. This has been quite a process. My particular case was not straightforward as I had experienced a detached retina I had astigmatism and i was on medications that rendered my eyes very difficult to work with. I just wanted to share how much I appreciate Dr. Rouhani and her entire staff as well as Harvard Eye! From the moment I met her I instantly trusted her. She is the first Dr to take interest in my story and try and fix me rather then try and just give me a new prescription and send me on my way! I experienced Dr Rouhani to be an extraordinary physician possessing superb clinical expertise, compassion, good humor and great insight into my level of anxiety! Referred to her after failed first corneal transplant! (No one”s fault just didn’t take). Second surgery took as she followed me closely post op!
