This man's only interest is in payment received from HOA's while depreciating the property through neglect, encouragement and support of derision, employing unlicensed, fifth rate "tradesmen". Worst property management. David Behling is unethical, derisive, unprofessional. He harassed us and fabricated fines. Encourages unnecessary spending which benefits him financially while updating and maintenance deteriorate. Worst person.
