I’ve been training here for over two years, and it’s easily one of the best investments I’ve made in myself. I personally work with Coach Aja, and he’s been incredible, but the entire team is always friendly, welcoming, and professional every time I walk in. I don’t always feel like showing up, but that’s exactly why this works. He doesn’t let me quit, doesn’t let me make excuses, and somehow still keeps every session enjoyable. Fantastic Gym, and even better coaching. I trained for a hyrox for 6 months and started working with Aja in June 2025. Aja put together a program specifically for me and my needs. His knowledge, attention to detail, and customization for my program was unmatched. I was newly post-partum and needed lots of modifications but was determined to get my strength and stamina back. My wife and I were one of the first wave of members when it was the batting cages/basketball gym. We knew this was the best fit for us. Aja and Aryan were not only our coaches, but they were (still are!) our friends. We have fond memories of the community that they built for us. My strength training that I learned from Behemoth still sticks with me and my training to this day. Thanks for advocating for your members to always do their best!
