Behemoth Gym has been life changing! I’ve been going for over a year now and I am significantly stronger and equipped with much more knowledge than before. At first I was a bit nervous and even doubtful. I am generally independent minded and like to try do things myself. Best gym ever! The coaches treat you like their own family. I have known them since 2013. My husband and I are always motivated to go there and sweat! Our nutrition plan at home has changed thanks to them. We are blessed. At home we are eating healthier, teaching my kids what they have taught me. We started going to Behemoth gym after my dad went to see a neurosurgeon for a compressed spinal cord. He was referred to do physical therapy, but after completing the assigned time, there was zero improvement and the only option he was given was major back surgery. Best team to work with, they are very attentive to your needs and pay close attention to your form and help you improve. Kara does magic, I’ve never been more toned and defined and she is compassionate and kind. Very knowledgeable. I have nothing but good things to say about behemoth.
