One of the worst providers I ever had the displeasure of having to deal with during my time in. Aside from the long waits between appointments it seems like the staff genuinely do not care about servicemembers well being. "Don't you think suicidal ideation is a little childish". An actual quote from a provider there.
I’ve been waiting for over 3 hours and all the workers just keep looking at me like I’m stupid like I’m supposed to magically help myself
Just called to get info got put on hold and then they hung up. Tried to call back no answer. Like seriously no help. Also I dont know if the CG or anyone reads this but I got told to wait 9 months and I was going through a depression crissis. Then got called 8 months later getting told they had to reschedule me another 11months out. I dont know the issue I have brought it up with my chain and no seems to care.
