My daughter has done the Cool Tools program twice because she has learned such valuable lessons and has improved so much since her first class! We’re very thankful to Meredith and the Cool Tools team at Behaviour Matters! Can’t wait for the PALS program in the fall!
I scheduled an intake 15 minute session and recieved no call. I called back - thankfully they have a number you can reach - and recieved a call back. I was advised the system needed to be refreshed and that is why they forgot about my appt. I find this unprofessional. I was also advised there is a waitlist. I think they should put this on their website before you invest in making an intake appointment.
Behavior matters has helped me manage my emotions and Struggles in a healthy way being independent has helped push through my daily struggles in life to grow and Adapt too move forward i truly recommended behavior matters conutining my journey self growth with behavior matters since 2023
Tania and the Behaviour Matters team delivered an engaging and well received Parents event at our school. Subject was on Defeating defiance. Highly recommended, real experts who deliver a program not based on theories but on evidence based results!
