Updated review (3 stars - but would assign 2.5 if half stars were possible): My son first started programming with Behaviour Matters in 2023, and we loved it - however, we felt that the facilitators of his program in 2024 weren't as great, and the facilitator feedback seemed mostly generic compared to previous programming. My daughter has done the Cool Tools program twice because she has learned such valuable lessons and has improved so much since her first class! We’re very thankful to Meredith and the Cool Tools team at Behaviour Matters! Can’t wait for the PALS program in the fall!
I scheduled an intake 15 minute session and recieved no call. I called back - thankfully they have a number you can reach - and recieved a call back. I was advised the system needed to be refreshed and that is why they forgot about my appt. I find this unprofessional. I was also advised there is a waitlist. I think they should put this on their website before you invest in making an intake appointment.
