Highly recommend! All of the staff was patient and welcoming…the doctor was phenomenal! No pressure, no stress..:just a calming and down to earth demeanor and she immediately set my daughter as ease! I wish there were more doctors like her out there!
My seven year old daughter had her first appointment with Dr. Sypherd and it went amazingly! I was nervous about how it was going to go and whether my daughter would handle it well or not. From the moment we stepped into the room, Dr. Sypherd did everything so smoothly while keeping it kid friendly and in a positive way that allowed my daughter (and me) to be completely at ease. This group of people has changed our life. From the moment we walked in the warmth and the attention to our eight-year-old son’s needs to help support his vision challenges has been unlike any other eye care experience that we have had. I left almost in tears with how grateful I am. I wish some one would’ve told us about them sooner but am just so happy we are working together now. Thank you so much and we can’t wait to continue our journey together!
Dr Sypherd sees the whole child and does a wonderful job helping both child and parent feel seen and heard and provides all sorts of tools to help the child be the best version of themself. We loved our experience at Behavioral Vision!
