On Monday, this center told me and my insurance company that it offered ECT therapy. The guy answering the phone took my name and number, told me he would talk to the doctor about the program and he would give me a call back shortly. By Wednesday afternoon, I received no call back so I called to check on the status. The same guy said they don't offer the therapy and gave no explanation for not returning my call.

I was going to the one in Elmhurst and the classes went well with Bianca but a month later she was replaced with Eugene and he was not only very unprofessional but ignorant and broke the rules of the group by belittling people and verbally attacking me and perfusivly smelling like liquor. After having an agreement for a payment plan knowing I had issues getting there they kicked me out of the class as well . I have had a long history with addiction issues in my life. Following the time after my detox period I decided to sign up for the classes offered at Behavioral services center to further gain control of my life. I happened to lose my insurance during the duration of my scheduled classes; however the wonderful staff there guided my through the whole process and offered me a very accommodating payment plan.
