Honestly overall had a decent experience with a therapist that no longer works here. She left so I left too. However, one thing I will say the receptionist has zero customer service. I can understand one bad day even maybe two but everyday. I would dread checking in when I was already going through it. Also when I went to pick up my medical records it was met with unnecessary attitude. Every time I would check in I would try to greet her with a smile and it did not change a thing.
