My husband missed an appointment with Jay Gathke and was billed for the full amount. It was the first time he ever missed an appointment with him. They refused to waive it reduce the bill. Be aware if you ever miss an appointment with Prohealth you will be responsible for the entire bill as insurance won't pay anything since no services were provided. Costly lesson to learn. We will no longer go to Prohealth. Switch to Aurora and save yourself the pain. For anyone on a fixed income it will cost you more than you can afford
Staff and nurses are so rude to the family members as well as patients. They talk to the patients like they are children. Does not make me feel reassured and makes it seem like there are no other options for the patients. They seem to care less about their patients. Doctors keep screwing with the medications and making the patient worse.
Absolutely terrible patient services. I wish I could give them ZERO STARS. If you have another choice TAKE IT. They will not be on your side to help. Too bad they could care less about this review or the many other 1 star reviews I have seen with other prohealth care facilities. Go elsewhere if you dont like it is their motto
