We love the BI family. My son has been going there for over 2 years now and we have seen a big improvement in him socially and mentally. He also loves going there and has made many friends and learned lots of new skills. The team is always willing to help and answer any questions that we might have in regards to my son’s learning. They make sure to keep us updated on everything that is going on and have monthly meeting with the parents to help guide, check in, and showcase what our son is learning. We’ve had a great experience with this ABA therapy center. The staff is patient, supportive, and really take the time to understand my daughter’s needs. We’ve already seen progress with her communication and daily living skills. They make both our child and us feel supported, and we’re grateful for their dedication
The people here were nice but the billing department has bad communication. And when they went over what my insurance covers they failed to tell me they will charge an additional 3 days that he didn’t even attend because of an evaluation that only lasted 2 hours.
