Beware! We were misled into believing that our copay would only be $35 per visit but that was not the case. When we got our first bill it was a real shocker. It was double the amount of what we were expecting. Their billing department failed to verify the benefits with insurance company and wants us to pay for their mistake. They claim that they were misquoted by the insurance company but that’s a lie. They refused to fix my bill and I was forced to move my child to another ABA provider.
