If I could give this company zero stars I would. I had the unfortunate experience of working with Heather Adams. It took nearly two years to get a completed BSP, and that was only after I became pushy. After I left my previous company and the client I was working with left that company as well, Heather continued to have dealings with that company and gossiped about me and the former client with staff of that company. Worked with them for a couple of years. Have gone thru 5 different coordinators. No one ever had a real plan. Seemed like pulling teeth to find out where they were taking my son. They constantly cancelled and when I finally spoke up and voiced my frustration, they kicked my child to the curb and said they couldn't accommodate our schedule. 2:30-6p Mon, Wed, and or Fri?! That isn't very restricted for a child that is still in HS. The last gal got stuck on Wednesdays and cancelled more than she showed up. Very frustrating. My ... read more
My family has been impacted in so many incredible ways by this agency! Our son's behavioral therapist, Ms. Ginger, taught us so much and changed the life of our now 11 year old son, Jeron. Ms. Ginger has remained a huge part of our lives. She always went above and beyond to help our son-attending IEP meetings, working with our school and church so that Jeron would have the skills needed to participate.
