If you want to waste your time and money, this is exactly the place to go. Every single visit was identical, like living in the movie Groundhog Day. For two years, Dr. Shin repeated the same questions, the same answers, the same stories, and the same tired jokes without ever making real changes to my treatment. I’ve been a patient of Mr. Noel for a year and a half now, and always appreciate my weekly visits. Ms. Adonte and Ms. Jennifer, (the front receptionist), always greet me and make it super easy to schedule appointments in advance. The services and help I’ve received her has been essential for my life now. Thank you Mr. Noel once again and all the staff that I’ve interacted with!

Editing to add “We welcome a conversation” is bull. I called multiple times about this and even asked for an exception to be made. They don’t welcome any conversations, because when I politely called about this issue at least 3 times not once did anyone I spoke with give an ounce of understanding or indicate that they would “welcome a conversation”.. Absolutely the worse experience ever. Very rude receptionist and BH female provider. As a health care provider, I am very appalled by the unprofessionalism in this practice. Very prejudice. Reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Avoid them no matter what. Martin is her name. Very awful person
