I've been going here since I was a kid. The staff have always been helpful and kind to me, answering any questions I had and were always willing to sit down and listen to me. I wish them the best.
"They" say it is so difficult to get help for mental health. Today was a blatant example of it. Short of saying "I am homicidal" ( not suicidal, thats no biggie) there is no point in going to this urgent care. The staff is cold and disconnected and then after answering a 1000 questions and speaking to 3 different people, they handed us a pamphlet. If zero stars was an option I would go with that.
