After weeks of submitting documents and coordinating via email to schedule an appointment, the experience with this office was a complete waste of time. Amber, the receptionist, was dismissive and rude, demanded we resubmit documents without explanation, and then informed us — without any concern for the time we'd invested — that our insurance isn't even accepted. I was skeptical at first. I have never felt the need for a therapist. Dr. Lybarger did a great job for my needs. He was laid back and listened to me express my concerns, recognizing I was not a person interested in pharmaceutical solutions rather more holistic, meditative solutions. I have referred him many times to those I come in contact with who just need a release of their inner frustrations. He permitted me to speak freely and his office has a zen like quality that works for my personality and character.

I noticed that many negative reviews are several years old. I have been going to this office for just over a year, and I have not encountered any issues. Office staff have been very professional and courteous. Dr Ron has been a great help.

Dr. Ron Lybarger is amazing and we’re so thankful he came into our lives at a time that we were desperate for help. He has seen several members of our family, including myself, and continues ongoing treatment when things get challenging and we need assistance in “reframing”. Don’t hesitate to check him out!
