Horrible for a few reasons.The owner Paul Hill is not transparent when asked billing questions and seems to believe “market pricing” is a valid for pricing. After breaking down pricing they sent to insurance, they seem to feel $800 for 60 minute session is reasonable. Unsure how someone without a medical license charges more than a doctor or lawyer. I was transferred to a new medication management provider at this clinic when my previous one retired at the Eagan location. My therapist recently reminded me that I have a right to choose whom is on my care team. While I've had nothing but positive reactions with the billing department, my psych provider, left me feeling like a burden and a lost cause and did not know about medication compounding.
