If I could rate it a zero I would. I tried to get my husband help because he was having suicidal thoughts and unfortunately he was brought here to West unit in Behavioral Health. When he was brought into the ER, the nurses were referring to him as the psycho in front of his face. This makes me livid because as it is it's hard to convince your loved one that they need help and that they will get help. That they will be better once they get the help. Then this, they come into a facility like this, undignified care center that ... read more

My brother stayed here for 3 weeks. Absolutely treated him like garbage and by the looks of the other reviews here, it seems like it’s a common thing your WORKERS do and that they behave like with the patients here. Do better and be better. Disgusting humans here x

I genuinely am surprised that this place is still open lol. I was here for a few days when I was trying to receive psychological help. Your staff is wildly rude. Out of pocket. Degrading patients. Starting fights with them. I met ONE nurse there that I didn’t mind. That was on my intake. Your staff doesn’t care about the patients. They’re only there for a paycheck. Please if you have love ones. Do not allow them to be put in San Bernardino Community Hospital-Behavioral Health West. The nurses are rude to patients and the place is dirty. There is no proper area to visit loved ones and have some privacy because most of the patients go in that same room and start yelling or trying to sit in the same table. Most of the nurses just hang out in the front near the door where the doorbell is where you ring to go in. Doctors try to hide and avoid your calls when you want to know about your love... read more

This place is supposed to help people feel better but it is beyond doing that. Unfortunately one of my family members stayed here to try and get help and was met with a horrible experience here. The place is dirty, the staff is rude and try to avoid giving there names because they are afraid for us to report them for being so unprofessional. Doctors avoid trying to talk to you here when you ask to speak to them about your family members care plan. One of the doctors is very nice thou, Dr. Nayack he used the phone translator ... read more
