I have been a patient at BHS for 9 years. Yesterday I had a very bad experience with Ashley Gregorio--my only bad experience in all this time. Ashley Michelson (the website says she's a manager but she says she's the director) could not have been more dismissive. She simply did not care. Ever since the mass exodus of doctors and counselors from BHS a few years ago, it has really gone downhill. Other bad reviews prove this. Doctor Strayhan is horrible! He's lost and can't remember where you left off at every time you meet! 2 months of seeing this doctor and not a single foot moved forward in any kind of treatment or help or medication management! If you are seriously struggling with mental health or a brain injury I do not recommend Behavioral health what so ever!!! They don't offer anything but medication for help and they couldn't even do that for me in two months! This is the worst place I have ever gone in my life! I was even referred there... read more
Dr. Robert Strayhan is an amazing doctor and person I like him a lot. I have super autism problems and PTSD and he was still so wonderful for me.😀 I hope he gets credit for being such a good guy. Thank you for helping me doctor and literally having my back.
The best counseling place ever. I got help at BHS and they got me with Peak Wellness in Cheyenne and I'm a success with my mental illness, thanks to both facilities. They helped me to understand every aspect of myself. I would highly recommend them for all your mental health issues.
I received excellent care from the team at outpatient behavioral services when I needed it the most and continued journey with my mental health. Dr. Jie Chen is fantastic and she saved and improved my quality of life.
