I came in to test for autism and felt very comfortable with Dr. Miesner (I hope I spelled it right) as well as the person who tested me! The results were validating and I feel very glad I came here for my testing. He was very thorough and made sure to answer any questions I may have had, I'm VERY glad to finally have some answers, it's very very relieving. I’m not currently a patient at this practice, but I did want to leave a review regarding the front desk. I am personally an admin assistant, and I felt the person who took my call to become a new patient didn’t handle it very well. She was short with me and not communicative. I asked to become a new patient, she asked for my insurance and immediately put me on hold. It's going well with my therapist so far but BHP's portal, Phreesia, is the most obnoxious thing I've ever seen. Six days before my appointment: "Please confirm your appointment!" Three days before my appointment: "You must check in now!". One hour before my appointment: "Check in for your appointment!" And for every one of those, I have to confirm my address, my phone number, my birthdate, the same disclaimers every single time.
