This place is extremely unprofessional. Medical malpractice is HUGE here. This place is not for the weak at all. There were so many issues here I’m not sure where to even start. You are not a patient to them, they see you as $. Staff violates HIPPA left and right talking about patients to other patients, there is no discretion. My husband had an awful experience here beginning the day he arrived. It was very disorganized. They didn’t offer most of the services listed on their website (and confirmed by phone prior to arrival) which was the whole reason he chose that place. No equine therapy, no faith based therapy, no biofeedback bed/therapy, no family therapy and he never got to use the pool. Banyan Center was a great experience. Beth and Darron were so attentive and caring it made it all worth it. I feel ready to move on in life thanks to all the therapist and my case manager. By the way the food was great.

Banyan Treatment center lies to potential clients in order to get them cornered in their abusive program and feel helpless. There are too many corrupt staff members who allow innocents clients to be harmed. I had the unfortunate opportunity at this facility. It was only 4 days of my life and that was enough for me to sit down 2 months later and spend my time exposing how corrupt and harmful this "treatment facility" is. I only gave this place one star but I wish I could give it zero stars!! ABSOLUTELY DON’T go to this facility if you need to get help!! Staff is incompetent and totally non-responsive from the top to the bottom!! No toilet paper and no towel for a shower for a day and a half. It’s a ridiculous joke!! They really should be shut down!! Read all the one star reviews and take it seriously. I did before my daughter went but we were out of choices, so she decided to go there. Such a huge mistake!!!
