The staff here was just excellent. I had a great experience thanks to the team here. And my case manager Julissa went above and beyond to get any things I needed done without delay. She really made my discharge smooth as can be. If I needed anything the techs made sure it got done on a reasonable time frame. Everyone there was great. My case manager Kayla Gill was exceptional and knew exactly what i needed to do. She helped me with every step of the way. The therapist Stephanie was very knowledgeable and kept me informed and positive and helped me in every way possible. i credit them to saving my life. Thank you ladies and all the staff to help me along this journey and helping me a 25 year addict to have hope again.

I was at Banyan treatment for mental health as well as for drug addiction the staff was amazing. Mrs Debbie in reception was an amazing help to me in my journey, Mrs Andrea, Mr. Jeff , Mr. Mike, Mrs. Kim, My case manager Mrs Malia, therapist Mr. Santiago, Mr. Jackson. Mr Antonio , Misty, Cody , Rebekah, Gerta. Mrs Latoya you are all apart of my success story and my recovery. To all Banyan staff if I have not mentioned you , believe you all are amazing people with strength and support I love you thank you soooooo very much

I had a overall decent experience here. I stayed 30 days. Food is good and case management great too. But I don't like how the techs treat patients here and groups tend to be very surface level and don't get into much depth. You get what you put into though and my stay was overall good.

This was my first time in a rehab facility. It's is what you make out of it but the best things out of this place were my caseworker Eric, my therapist Dalton. And the food lol. But seriously. Eric provided so much assistance inside the facility and for matters outside the facility. Transition to my next steps of rehab were made easy with his help.
