Staff is incredibly rude, unhelpful, uncaring and don’t have a shred of sympathy or empathy, from the front desk to intake, to the nurses. They don’t return messages, and don’t keep patients or their families informed. Do yourself a favor, don’t trust them with your loved ones.
My experiance here was really good. The staff is wonderful. Everyone is really supportive and kind and made me feel safe and welcome. If your suffering from severe anxiety and depression this is a great place to reach out for help!
