This place was a joke. First of all I needed(and STILL) need help. The groups/classes they had were almost nothing to do with mental health, and more about coloring pictures and having music therapy. The "Dr" that runs it you NEVER meet in person and you have to do like a zoom meeting with along with about eight different people also right there listening too(so you can never really have that 1:1 personal repore with) They let the other patients run in the hallways naked, and let a lady in a wheel chair sit and nod out and d... read more
Was treated very horribly after being taken there against my will. All after being assaulted and my home broken into.
I desperately needed help. Pointe East from their incredibly caring staff, and team of professionals helped me to successfully defeat depression and anxiety, gave me helpful tools for days to come and assisted me with after care. They have groups, art therapy (which was my favorite) and 24 hour care. When I say care, I mean CARE. The psychiatrist listens and is super encouraging. Thank you to ALL the staff. I feel so much better!
I am an extremely volatile person with a brutal personality. Dr. Sinato and Dr. Bradley as well as their staff are greatly appreciated 111 fold. I wish to apologize for my severely bastardly attitude, and also the ignorance on my part. The people here, really do care. Mental health is a very serious issue. You have 3 types of pertinent health in life: Physical, Mental and Spiritual. Sometimes you have to compromise your beliefs to stabilize your environment. (Your Mind)
