It was neither detrimental nor beneficial. The staff is kind, but I was released on my second day and told that this program wasn't for me. It seems to be more based on things like PTSD and I am not a sufferer of such ailments. I can neither say good nor bad things about the program, but I can at least say that the staff was kind to me. But as is usually the case with mental health, my answers were not found here nor anywhere else.
