This is a very unorganized and unprofessional practice. I waited OVER 3 HOURS on a THIRD for a simple letter. I sat in the waiting room as patient after patient was taken care of before I received my ONE PAGE letter. As I was waiting for my letter I overheard the doctor and office staff go in circles about the letter. They couldn’t find a manger, they weren’t sure how much to charge, another important staff member was on his break and he “needed” to be there for the letter. During this pandemic things have been very difficult. The office staff at the Behavioral Health Group has been absolutely fantastic! They have been so helpful and accommodating scheduling appointments and finding the availability for me to be seen by the doctor. Dr. Lanes have been wonderful and has helped me greatly to cope with this pandemic.
There’s so much I can say regarding this office, but I’ll start by saying DO NOT GO HERE. The front office is a disaster and they will leave you on hold so long that they’ll re-answer unsure of why you’re on hold IF you’re even able to get an answer. Make sure you plan your whole day around calling if you need an appointment, since they do seem to always be closed or at lunch.
