They do not care for anyone. The doctor is never there when you need to see them .they don’t have counselors. They do not work with their clients on payments. They will do a rapid detox If they don’t want you there anymore, even though you’re making payments every week. It’s dirty, they barely have toilet paper in the stall when you have to do UAs .The person they have at the front desk has no idea what they are doing half the time .they really need to be closed down and audited.

Unbelievable that this is part of the med community where they encourage people to keep using because doctors can't/won't follow their hypocritic oath to treat their patients. Can't say enough about how bad this is and how they (gov) created the fentenal crisis by tying Dr's hands which is to date, killing 150 people a day.

I think that the way the computers are set are junk. Stayed there for four hours waiting for IT to fix my exception. And still didn't didn't get anything done. The chain of command for exceptions should be easy and simple, but it never is. My insurance pays a lot of money for me to get treatment at this clinic, but the way everything works is a joke. Dealing with this place makes want to give up and start using again, but I won't because I haven't used opioids in 4 years, so it is beneficial for addicts. The system just need... read more

For anyone that needs this type of service I would highly & only recommend this clinic anywhere in or around the kcmo and or kck area. The prices are reasonable, the service is exceptional, the professionalism & knowledge is over the top rated 10 out of 10 stars everyday, any day, and all day. If you want to succeed and need the proper support, guidance, and resources, and really want a program to work I would choose any BHG, but specifically this BHG I can attest first hand is the best around !!!
