Very poor customer service. Treats clients and support staff poorly. Not it it for the right reasons.
Bhg has saved my life and that is no joke. I hated myself before I started Methadone program. I would prob be dead so I can legit say bhg saved my life and don’t think I could ever function a normal life without it .
I started going here in summer of 2022 was paying what I could till my Medicaid got approved it took 3 months for that to happen. And in that time was racking up a bill that I was constantly approached with and harassed about by the front desk lady AMANDA. So I stopped going cause dealing with her was awful. Two more months later I finally get approved I go back and the front desk lady AMANDA said I had to pay 1,000 dollars to participate in treatment. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I have been on MAT for 7 years and have been to various locations through out the state and this is by far the worst location!! There’s always problems at this location and the excuse is there’s under staffed. If they’re not able to preform the right procedures then it should be shut down immediately! Definitely don’t recommend starting your treatment here!
